The GPT Group commissioned Location IQ to provide recommendations in relation to the potential for further retail and commercial floorspace at Rouse Hill Town Centre, located within the North-West Priority Release Area of Sydney.
The expansion plans for Rouse Hill Town Centre included international mini-major tenants as well as further retail specialty shops, a food precinct and leisure/entertainment facilities.
A key component of the analysis included an assessment of the incremental sales the additional floorspace at Rouse Hill Town Centre would achieve, as well as the dilution to the productivity levels of the existing centre floorspace.

Given the significant population growth occurring in the North-West Priority Release Area of Sydney, a number of other competitive development were modelled, both pre and post development.
